Terms of Service

By accessing or using ACEACT at aceact.org you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

1. Eligibility and Age Requirements

You must be 13 years or older to use ACEACT. If you are under 18, you may only use ACEACT with the consent and involvement of a parent or guardian. ACEACT does not knowingly collect data from children under 13; if we learn that we have collected information from a child under 13, we will delete it.

2. Billing

Ace It is a one-time $10 purchase that grants 2 months (60 days) of full access. It is not a subscription — there are no recurring charges and nothing to cancel. When the 2-month access period ends, your account returns to the Free plan unless you choose to purchase another 2 months.

3. Deleting your account

You can delete your account at any time from your profile page using the "Delete Account" option in the Danger Zone. Deletion permanently removes your account and all associated data — progress, practice history, Level Up Bank, and study guides. All data is permanently deleted within 24 hours of account deletion and cannot be recovered.

4. Personal educational use

ACEACT content is for your personal, educational use only. Don't resell, redistribute, scrape, or share access to the content.

5. No score guarantee

ACEACT is a study tool. We make no guarantee of any specific score or score improvement. Your results depend on your own effort and factors outside our control.

6. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will provide notice of material changes, and continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
