How refunds work

ACEACT offers a 7-day refund window for technical issues that prevent you from accessing the platform. To request a refund, email aceacthelp@outlook.com with your account email and a description of the issue. Refunds are reviewed and processed manually within 2-3 business days. We do not offer refunds for change of mind, partial use, or after the 7-day window has passed. Since Ace It is a one-time purchase for 2 months of access, no refunds will be issued for early cancellation — see our cancellation feature on your profile page to end access early if desired.
