Ace It is a one-time $10 purchase for 2 months of full access — not a subscription. If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing ACEACT within 7 days of purchase, contact us at supportaceact@gmail.com for a full refund. We do not offer refunds for change of mind.

One-time purchase — no subscription

Ace It is a one-time $10 purchase that grants 2 months of full access. There is no subscription, no recurring charges, and nothing to cancel. When your 2 months end, your account simply returns to the Free plan unless you purchase another 2 months.

No refunds for change of mind

Because this is a one-time purchase for a fixed 2-month access period, we do not provide refunds for change of mind once access has been granted. The technical-issue refund below still applies.

7-day refund for technical issues

If a technical issue prevented you from accessing Ace It, contact us within 7 days of your purchase and we'll issue a full refund.

How to request a refund

Email supportaceact@gmail.com from the address on your account. Include your name and the approximate date of the charge. We process approved refunds back to your original payment method.
