This policy explains what information ACEACT ("we", "us") collects when you use aceact.org and how we handle it. By using ACEACT you agree to this policy.
What data we collect
- Your name and email address (from account sign-in)
- Your practice scores
- Your study progress (answers, streaks, lessons, and Level Up Bank)
How we use your data
We use your data only to personalize your study experience — to track your progress, tailor practice and your study guide, and run your account.
We never sell your data
We do not sell your personal information to third parties, and we never will.
Deleting your data
You can delete your account at any time from your profile page — open your profile and use the "Delete Account" option in the Danger Zone. This permanently removes your account, practice history, Level Up Bank, and study guides. All data is permanently deleted within 24 hours of account deletion and cannot be recovered.
You may also request deletion by contacting supportaceact@gmail.com, or clear your locally-saved study progress by clearing your browser storage for aceact.org.
